Db Journey Norway offers a 100-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your premium gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the box with the provided adhesive strip.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Leave your package at the nearest authorized shipping point; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
